1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that during busy periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- UK Tracked Delivery: 1–3 business days
- International Delivery: 5–15 business days (depending on destination)
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. International Shipping
If you are ordering from outside the UK:
- You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
- Zeze Corner is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
4. Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at:

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
