We hope you love your jewellery. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of cancellation

- The item must be in resellable condition
- We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalised jewellery
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons) unless faulty
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
- This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
